Surf is a really exciting sport, but at the same time, is very dangerous because a surfer can suffer a lot of injuries like lacerations, sprains and fractures. The surfers have lacerations when they fall on a coral or with someone else's board. The most dangerous injury is when the surfer loses a lot of blood and loses the awareness. Most sufers will have had at least one injury at some point in their life. For prevent a surfing injury, you have to do some things like: warm up before surfing, use the right gear, check the sea before practice and be aware of the surfing etiquette.
